Love Letters from God

Hello friends! 

This weekend I was inspired to let you know about this love letter that I have grown to love. I read it all the time and keep coming back to it.

If you have felt lost, inadequate, unloved, alone, and hopeless. Go read this love letter.  We will find hope in this life, your worth through Jesus Christ and faith to live with the One who is writing to you.

Let me share a few things the Author(God) says about you.  

I knew you before you were you knew yourself. I love you more than anyone will ever love you. I will never make you feel less than, unloved, or shamed. I will forgive you when you ask me. I will never leave you alone even if you have left me behind. I will still pursue you even if you haven’t found me yet. I am always here waiting for you. I want to direct your steps in this life. I only want good for you even through the trials and sufferings you will go through.

I am here.  

Will you follow me?

Wanna learn to Study a Book of the Bible

Hello friends!

If you have been like me and wondered, How do I study the Bible? The Bible can be overwhelming and hard to understand if you try to read it and expect to understand right away.
This was something I had to learn. It is little by little the big picture will reveal itself.

  You must first pray and ask for wisdom and let God teach you.

John 14:26  But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.

 Reading the Word everyday is a must. As you do this, the scripture will begin to reveal God's Truth to you.  

  Here is one way to Study Scripture that I find helpful.  I made this FREE download if you would like to see how I work through a book of the Bible. 

HOW TO STUDY A BOOK OF THE BIBLE

Keep in mind there are many ways to study scripture and this is what works for me.  You can find more ways online and I suggest you find what works for you.

Let's Study the Book of Thessalonians Together

Hello Friends!

Are you looking to start a new bible study? 

Well starting February 1st I will be hosting the study of Thessalonians in the Knit the Gospel into your Heart FB Group   This is private group of women who love Jesus and want to grow in their walk through bible study together. 

If you would like to join us feel free to go request to join. (You must answer the two questions before being accepted) Thanks so much! 

This study will be of the whole book of Thessalonians. It is an inductive study which means you only need a study Bible to read and study with.  There are no other book requirements. Just bring yourself to the group with a eagerness to learn from God's Word.  I believe the best way to learn is to let scripture interpret scripture asking the Holy Spirit to reveal to us the rest.  Of course as we dig deeper, we can check trusted commentaries and do word studies for further study.  

The point of the group is to spur one another on in our walk with the Lord,  to encourage one another and to pray for one another.  

The study will be 4 weeks through the book of 1, 2 Thessalonians with a Live discussion every week. 

I am also sharing my method of studying books of the Bible with you if you want some extra guidance through your study.  The reading plan will be posted as well in the group.

I am excited to start and hope to see you there February 1st!
